Starting to Click: Grocery Shoppers Jump on Board with Online Shopping

It used to be the only place grocery shoppers fielded the “paper or plastic” question was in the checkout line. Now it’s also asked as part of the digital shopping process, as more customers eschew the normal grocery run in favor of ordering groceries online and either picking them up at the store or having them delivered to their home.  Meijer, for example, started curbside service in 2015 and launched home delivery in the Milwaukee and Green Bay areas earlier this year.
